WOD:
Every 3:30 for 10:30 (3 sets)
5 Bench press
0:10-0:20 Rest
5 Strict handstand push-ups

**Notes This is an upper body pressing strength training session that combines a horizontal barbell pushing movement alongside a vertical pressing gymnastics exercise. The bench press should heavy but no failed reps should occur. The handstand push-up variation should challenge the athlete for 5 reps on each set.

Modifications
Bench Press
*If needed, modify to a floor press or a dumbbell bench press.

Strict Handstand Push-ups
*Choose a variation based on the ability to complete 5 with a challenge.
*A controlled negative. *Strict handstand push-up off of a box. *Dumbbell Z-press. *If 5 is easy include using a deficit, performing on parallettes, or even using a set of rings
