WOD:
Every 4:00 for 36:00 (9 intervals)
Interval 1: 30 Box jump overs (24″/20″)
Interval 2: 400m Run or 40cal/32cal air bike
Interval 3: 500m Row

**Notes Start 0-4:00 to complete the 30 box jump overs, rest remaining 4:00. At 4:00 start the 400m run, rest until 8:00, etc… The score is the total work time only. Put forth a hard, near-sprint effort, on each interval.
