80ft Single kettlebell front rack walking lunge, left (53lbs/35lbs) 
40 Single arm kettlebell clean (53lbs/35lbs) 
20 Box jump, step down (30″/24″) 
40 Single arm kettlebell clean (53lbs/35lbs) 
80ft Single kettlebell front rack walking lunge, right (53lbs/35lbs) 
800m Run 
*Alternate arms on the cleans after every 10 reps.
