15 Ring muscle-ups
15 Bar muscle-ups

NOT for time:
30 Turkish get-ups, alternate hands every 5 reps
*Start with a very light load and increase load after every 10 reps.
Optional 2:00 Foam roll T-spine 1:30/1:30 Foam roll lats.
