POWER SNATCH
Workout (~18:00) Power snatch
4 – 3 – 2 – 4 – 3 – 2
*Perform a set every 3:00.
**Notes All sets should be challenging, but the second sets of 4-3-2 should be heavier than the first set. The bar may be dropped between sets but no set should last longer than 0:20-0:25. Keep mechanics sound and do NOT fail any sets. This means that today might not be a PR day.

12 Walking lunges
**With the remaining time in each minute complete AMRAP power snatches (115lbs/75lbs)

**Notes The load on the snatch is intended to be on the lighter side of moderate, where 5+ reps can be completed each minute. The lunges should not be too stressful but expect them to impact the power snatches significantly Modifications Walking Lunges *Reduce rep or lunge walk for not more than 0:25 on any round. Power Snatch *Reduce load. *Potentially perform this movement from the hang position if mechanics are difficult to maintain when pulling from the floor.
