400m Run 
15 Burpee box jumps (24″/20″) 
**Notes This is primarily a raw, low-skill, conditioning workout. Attempt to keep moving for the entire duration and minimize rest periods. A sample strategy could be to focus on a moderate and consistent pace on the burpees before transitioning immediately to an easy effort for the first 100m of the run. Attempt to run the middle 200m at a challenging effort before throttling down to an easier effort for the final 100m. Faster times will be under 13:00-15:00 while all should strive for a variation to be completed under 20:00.
