*Running Substitutions Due to Weather 250m or .15miles on the Assault Runner 1k/800m Air bike 450m Row
*Notes Light and fast is the primary objective today with a dose of hamstring and shoulder fatigue. Start at a face pace in the beginning and attempt to hang on. The load on the high pulls should be light enough to potentially achieve the first round unbroken or with one very short rest break. Faster times could be under 7:00-8:00 while all should be done by 12:00 or so.
