9 Bench press (155lbs/105lbs)

2 Sets:
Left leg straight hamstring stretch 5 Standing right leg extensions + 0:10 hold at parallel
2 Sets:
Right leg straight hamstring stretch 5 Standing left leg extensions + 0:10 hold at parallel
3 Sets:
3x :10 handstand hold and 3 second negative
