May 30th WOD:

3 Rounds for time:
15 Toes to bar
15 Deadlifts (225lbs/155lbs)
20 Sit-ups
20 Russian swings (53lbs/35lbs)

* Stimulus should be around 12 minutes.  The time cap for this workout is 15 minutes.
* Deadlift weight should be something you can perform 15 unbroken reps with when fresh.  Scale accordingly.  
*Also consider scaling the toes to bar volume or exercise due to the potent stimulus to the trunk for this workout.
