Stimulus: It would be preferable to use a bike for this WOD today. The prescribed weight is one that should be done unbroken for nearly every set. Look to spend no more than :45 on the bench press to allow 2 minutes every interval to bike. This workout should take less than 15 minutes with faster times closer to 12 minutes. The cap for this is 20 minutes.
