**Notes This bodyweight-only session combines a skill demanding movement in the handstand walk alongside a challenging volume of burpee pull-ups. For the burpee pull-ups, attempt to use a bar that is a few inches above reach and expect most of the time to be spent on this movement as it is relatively slower paced. Attempt to complete each handstand walk in less than 5 efforts. Faster times may be under 8:00 while all athletes should strive for completion in under ~13:00-15:00.
