Run in 6 Week Sessions
Our 60 minute Sweat classes take place at 9:30am or 5:45pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 9:15am on Saturdays, so there are plenty of options to suit every schedule! Sessions run for 6 weeks, with the next set of sessions starting on January 5th, 2026. Reserve your spot now!

Suitable for Beginners & All Ages
No pre-requisites fitness or knowledge is needed, and there is no requirement for any kind of onboarding on or ramp! We’ll meet you where you’re at. Your job is simply to walk through the door: your coach will handle the rest!
