Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God- this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12: 1-2.

50/40cal Air bike
50 Double unders
100 Pistols
50 Double unders
100 Medicine ball seated tuck to passes (14lbs/10lbs)
50 Double unders
200m Kettlebell farmers walk (70lbs/53lbs)
50 Double unders
50/40cal Air bike
*One person works at a time on the air bike, row as needed for equipment.
*For the double unders both athletes work at the same time and both accumulate 50 reps. When both athletes are done, move to the next movement.
*The total reps on the tuck pass are accumulated, each person does 50 reps.
*One person works at a time on the farmers walk until 200m is accumulated.
