*One person works at a time. Each person does 12 jumping lunges every time the bar is dropped or partners switch.
*Load is a weight you should be able to do 7-10 reps even when fatigued.

2 Rounds Not For Time:
:30/:30 side plank
25ft HS walk
20 Hollow Rocks
25Ft HS walk (backwards)

*this is good core work with HS walks between or working on HS walking
