With a partner complete for time:
100 Push jerks (155lbs/105lbs)
*1 person works at a time. Every time the bar is dropped or partners switch who is working each person does 7 chest to bar pull-ups.
Dumbbell floor press 3 x 8
*Use a weight that allows unbroken sets that bring you to the edge of failure. Note your weights for your own reference.
