3 Rounds of:
250m Row Kettlebell hold (53lbs/35lbs)
*The first partner rows while the second partner holds 2 kettlebells in the front rack position with handles touching. When the first partner finishes the row, they switch. Round one is done when both athletes complete both exercises. Athletes can only row while their partner is holding the kettlebells in the front rack position. If the kettlebells come down from the rack position the person rowing must stop
***REST 1:00 before moving on to part 2.
Rest 1 minute after completing “Tailpipe”
400m Farmer’s Walk (53lbs/35lbs kettlebells)
*Partners can break this up any way they choose to accumulate the 400m.
