20 Dumbbell reverse lunges, alternating
30/24cal Bike

*One person does 10/10 lunges and bike, then the next person goes. Each person does 3 rounds.

Static Holds
With a partner
4:00 Wall sit
4:00 Glute bridge
*Accumulate the time as needed.

Couch stretch sequence, perform the series on one leg before completing the series on the other leg:
*0:45 Elbow to foot
*0:45 Upright
*0:45 Hands to wall
