With a partner, 6 rounds for time:
7/5 Ring Muscle-ups
21/15cal Row or air bike

*One person does 7/5 muscle ups and 21/15cal row/bike squats then the next person goes….each person does 3 rounds.

Keep the clock running from part 1. When the clock hits 15:00 complete:

With a partner, 6 rounds for time:
21 calorie row
15 toes to bar
9 DB shoulder to overhead 75/55

One partner performs one round of 21 calorie row, 15 toes to bar, and 9 DB shoulder to overhead. Then the next person performs a round. Each team member completes 3 rounds.
