10 Legless rope climbs (15ft)
20 Squat snatches (135lbs/95lbs)
16 Squat snatches (155lbs/105lbs)
12 Squat snatches (175lbs/115lbs)
8 Squat snatches (195lbs/125lbs)
4 Squat snatches (205lbs/135lbs)
2 Squat snatches (225lbs/155lbs)
*Use one barbell and adjust weights throughout. Attempt to split the reps evenly amongst each partner.
