With a partner, for time:

300ft Double kettlebell front rack walking lunges (53lbs/35lbs)
20 x 100m run
Workout Flow:
Alternate 100m runs to complete the total of each set. The 300ft of lunges can be accumulated in any fashion as long as only 1 person is working at time.
