6 Rounds for time:
20 Dumbbell reverse lunges
alternating 30/24cal Bike
*One person does 10/10 and the bike, then the next person goes. Each person does 3 rounds.
*if unable to bike, substitute a 30/24cal row or a 400m run
Notes This is intended to be some lower-body intensive interval weight training. Use loads on the reverse lunges that are very heavy but allow each round to be completed unbroken or with one quick rest period. Treat the monostructural element as a hard sprint. No single interval should last over 3:00.
