3 Rounds
10 Burpee Pull-ups
10 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20)
10 Burpees

Rx for Burpee Pull-up includes the bar 3′ from tallest reach 

Every 2:30 for 5 Sets

5 Strict Chin-ups (weighted as needed) 
2 Legless Rope Climbs starting from a seated position
