Handstand Push-ups
*Notes This is a short classic benchmark workout. The deadlift load is moderate, with quick sets being able to be completed. For most athletes, the handstand push-ups will be the limiting factor. Break up sets early and often to maintain consistency. If an athlete struggles with 8-10 reps consecutively, reducing the total number of reps, or after 1/2 the reps go to modification. This workout should not exceed 10:00, with faster times being under 5:00.
