**Notes This workout is not necessarily intended to be performed at a fast-pace. The loading increases and the strict nature of the pull-ups will naturally slow most people down. The load should start moderate and finish heavy. Ideally, no round of split jerks is completed with more than 1 break. Faster times may be under 8:00 while everyone should strive to be completed in under 15:00.
