1 SNATCH PULL + 1 POWER SNATCH (~10:30)
Every 1:30 for 10:30 (7 sets) 1 Snatch pull + 1 power snatch
**Notes The focus of this section is to work on the first and second pulls of the snatch. The first set should be at a light to moderate load and allow for a build-up over the course of the 7 sets. The final sets should be challenging but should not cause a breakdown in mechanics.
