1 John 4:11-12
Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
WOD:

Deadlifting Strict Cindy 
AMRAP 20:00 
3 Deadlifts (315lbs/205lbs) 
5 Strict pull-ups 
10 Push-ups 
15 Squats 
**Notes This is a twist on the classic Cindy workout. The deadlift load should be heavy but allow for 3 reps to be completed consecutively, with sound mechanics, following a short rest break. The gymnastics volume will accumulate relatively quick. Focus on efforts that allow for consistency throughout the 20:00 duration. 15+ rounds would be a high goal for the day with 10 rounds providing a great challenge for most. Strive to have all athletes complete 7+ rounds.
