** Notes This session builds gymnastics strength and stamina with a fair amount of demand for skill. Whereas this workout is “for time” the primary focus is NOT on fast-paced intensity. Rather choose a variation of muscle-up, dips, and handstand push-ups that provides a challenge for the rep range provided.
