Notes:This workout is largely a vertical pressing stamina workout. The load is intended to be light and allow for at least the first 2 rounds to be completed unbroken. A great goal to shoot for is 5+ rounds. Modifications Row *Reduce calories to complete so that no set takes longer than 1:30. Shoulder Press *Reduce load to be completed unbroken for at least the first 2 rounds.
