WOD:
40-30-20 For time:
Box step-up, hold a single OR dumbbell in any fashion (53lbs/35lbs to a 24″/20′ box)
Kettlebell swing (53lbs/35lbs)

**Notes One round of 40 reps and then one round of 30 reps, last round 20 reps. This conditioning workout is largely a challenging lower body accessory session. Focus on quality mechanics with each movement and attempt unbroken sets or attempt to complete each round with no more than 1-2 quick rest periods.
