WOD:
2 Rounds for time:
60cal/480cal Air bike 
20 Back squats (225lbs/155lbs) 

**Notes This workout will be a lower body burner! The load on the back squats should be challenging but allow for 20 reps to be completed unbroken on at least the first set.
