**Notes This workout is a dirty conditioning workout. Faster times could be as low as 10:00-12:00 while all athletes should strive for completion in under 20:00. The thruster load starts light and builds to moderate loads. No more than one break should be needed on any round if the load is appropriate. The pull-up volume is high and maybe the most challenging part for many. Consider reducing reps if the rest breaks are significant. The double unders will likely impact the other movements significantly. It may be smart for many athletes to purposefully break up the reps to minimize shoulder and leg fatigue. For athletes that want an added challenge have them attempt this entire workout using unbroken sets.
