WOD:
AMRAP 20:00 
21 Dumbbell thrusters (40lbs/25lbs each hand) 
21 Pull-ups 
2:00 Rest 

Notes This is approximately a 4:00 interval including the rest. The idea is that you perform a near-consecutive set of dumbbell thrusters, followed by a near-consecutive set of pull-ups. Use gymnastic kipping pull-up today, no butterfly. 

After performing the 42 reps per round, rest 2:00 and then perform another round. 

Each work interval should be a high intensity effort. 4-5 rounds would be a great goal.
