20 Clean and jerks (135lbs/95lbs)
10 Burpee to strict chest to bar pull-up
20 Hang power cleans (135lbs/95lbs)
10 Burpee to strict chest to bar pull-up
20 Push jerks (135lbs/95lbs)

**Notes The burpee strict chest to bar pull-up consists of performing a burpee before jumping to a dead-hang position and performing a strict chest to bar pull-up. The pull-up bar should be slightly above the athlete’s reach. The barbell work is moderate. The 20 clean and jerks should not take longer than 3:00 to complete while the hang power clean and push jerks should be completed much quicker. Faster times may be under 9:00-10:00. All athletes should be completed in under 15:00.
