Tabata sit-ups
1:00 Rest
Tabata goblet squat (53lbs/35lbs)
*Tabata is 8 rounds of 0:20 of work followed by 0:10 of rest. Do all 8 rounds of the sit-ups before moving on to the goblet squats.
