HOW TO
Set the oven to 350. Grab a sheet pan and line with aluminum foil and spray with the olive oil. Clean and slice the brussel sprouts. Put in a bowl to mix the garlic, lemon and a few sprays of olive oil. Mix. Pour on the sheet pan. Cook for 15minutes During this time shredd the cheddar. Once the timer goes off mix the sprouts and sprinkle with cheese. Put back in the oven for an additional 10:00 or until golden brown. Divide by 4 and yum.
