5 Power cleans (185lbs/125lbs)
10 Deadlifts (185lbs/125lbs)
30 Double Unders
AMRAP = As many rounds and reps as possible.
*The row is 4 reps. 250m is 1 rep. A round is 94 reps.
* after the 2 Rounds are complete head back to the rower and start over
